- Floor Plans, Elevations, and a Site Plan are used to determine the size and complexity of the project. A scope of services is agreed upon and a fee proposal is prepared according to these factors.
- A 3D computer model is created from the plans and elevations provided by the architect. Initial textures and lighting are added to the model.
- Preliminary views are generated from the 3D model from various angles to determine the best angle for showcasing the project.
- Compositing of photographic cars, people, landscaping, and background plates are added for a final sense of realism.
